Hello there! I am Josie Soto the founder of Fleur by Rae, I began my floral journey as a sophomore in high school, in Lubbock, Texas, I fell in love with the art of arranging blooms to bring those around me joy in the day-to-day. What started as a creative passion quickly blossomed into something more — and by my senior year, I officially launched my company.

Now, years later, that same heart and hands-on approach continues to define every bouquet. Whether you're planning a sorority event, bridal shower, graduation, or just want to treat yourself or loved ones — Fleur by Rae is here to bring your vision to life with flowers that speak your style.
